Where is my order?

We use Australia post to send orders. Your order may take up to 7 working days for delivery depending on the destination and how far it is from Melbourne. Capital cities will usually be delivered within 3 working days unless stock is unavailable. Australia post is very busy at the moment and deliveries can take longer than usual. There is the option to select express post if you need the order urgently.

How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an email from admin@globalconfectionery.com detailing your order has been processed and other to advised when it has been packed and shipped.

Can I pick up my order, rather than have it shipped?

You sure can. Simply select pick up as your delivery option in the checkout and we will email a notification when your order is ready.

What happens in hot weather?

Heat is the enemy of chocolate! All of the products we ship leave our warehouse in perfect condition. So, to ensure that your order arrives safely & intact, Global Confectionery may delay the shipment if we are experiencing extreme heat.

Also, if you place an order on a Friday, we may delay shipping the products until the following Monday, ensuring your perishable goods don't sit in a delivery depot over the weekend.

Remember that chocolate starts to melt in temperatures over 20C. Don't organise for your order to be delivered to your home if it is going to sit on a doorstep exposed to the elements all day.

Confectionery lines are a lot less susceptible to hotter conditions and are o.k to ship is most conditions

Do you ship outside Australia?

Orders placed through the website can only be delivered to addresses within mainland Australia and Tasmania. However you may contact us if you have a special request for overseas delivery.
